RED CROSS BLOOD DRIVE Today from 9:00 - 2:00 in the high school gym. Please go on line and schedule your appointment today. All students who donate will have a chance to win one of three prizes.
HUNTER SAFETY There will be a Hunter Safety Field Day on Saturday at the Normenco Sportsman's Club. Online Course Completion and Pre-registration is required. You must complete the Hunter's education online prior to the field day, register at: https://www.michigan.gov/dnr/things-to-do/hunting/education , online course fee is payable on the hunter ed website, registration is limited to the first 32 registrations, you are responsible for learning the material at home, only a review of game laws, the exam & shooting portion will take place at the Sportsman's club, bring your own lunch & drink, anyone under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
SOPHOMORES You will be going to Bay Day today, students will board the bus at 8:05 and return at 12:00. Bay is also providing lunch.
FIELD TRIP 8th & 9th grade students will be taking a field trip on Friday. You will be going to a St. John job site to learn about the logging industry. The students will load the bus right attendance & lunch count and will be returning before lunch. Dress to be outside and in the woods.

VARSITY FOOTBALL GAME On Saturday @ Lake Linden, game starts @ 12:30, BD @ 8:15
JUNIORS Will be attending NWTC Marinette Campus on October 1st. You will explore hands-on careers. Juniors will board the bus @ 8:15am and return @ 2:30.
SCIENCE OLYMPIAD All middles school and high school students who are interested in being part of Science Olympiad please sign up in the office. There are two sign ups depending on what grade you are in, make sure you sign the correct one.
SENIORS Will be attending Bay is the Way Day on Friday, October 2. You will board the bus @ 8:05 and return @ 1:00. Students will be eating lunch at Bay.
LOCKER ROOMS You will not be allowed in the locker rooms during the school day unless you have a PE class. You can not store your school supplies in there, go to the bathroom in there or eat in there or the gym.
NHS Students who are GPA eligible to apply to the National Honor Society should have received an email from Miss Granquist. Applications must be submitted through the Google Form by Thursday, October 1st, at 3:05 pm CST. Late applications will not be accepted. If you believe you should have received an email and did not, please see Miss Granquist or Mr. Lyons.
