STUDENT COUNCIL MEETING On Mondays during high school lunch in room 201.


TUTORING TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS Tuesdays tutoring will be in Mrs. Snyder's room. Thursdays will be in Mrs. Proksch's room.


STUDENT OF THE WEEK Congratulations to Violet Riley on being named this weeks "Student of the Week".


TIMBER RATTLER GAMES North Central is selling tickets that can be redeemed after February 1, 2026. North Central will be playing after the Rattler game on May 17, 2026. The Timber Rattlers will play at 1:10, North Central is expected to start @ 4:15. Tickets can be used for any game in April and May. The cost of the ticket is $15, the cost for any North Central or Carney-Nadeau student is $10. A portion of the ticket sales will go to our baseball program. YEARBOOK SALE Yearbooks are now $75. There will be a link on the ncajets.org website.


LITTLE LEAGUE SIGN UP Students age 7-15 can sign up for little league baseball and softball until February 28th. North Central is in the Norway league - all sign ups can be done on their website NorwayAreaLL.com This is the last week to sign up before a big price jump.


SENIOR PICTURES Are due in the office by the end of February. Digital works best, if turning in a hard copy please keep it vertical.


PROM Youngs Menswear has an early bird special on tux rentals. There is a poster in the cafeteria and the office.


YOUTH BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT Looking for parent volunteers to sit at the doors at the Community Club and High School for the youth basketball tournament on February 28th & March 1st. The shifts are 7:30 - 10:30, 10:30 - 1:30, 1:30 - 4:30. Boys & Girls Basketball players we are also looking for book and clock help, same shifts as the door help. Please sign up in the office or contact the office if you can help.


BAND The band will be going to Stephenson on Thursday, they will leave @ 8:30 and return @ 10:40.


VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL GAME Tonight @ Home vs CFFP @ 5:15, theme is reverse role formal


LEADERSHIP MEETING The leadership meeting will be on Wednesday in the library during high school lunch.


CONGRATULATIONS To our wrestlers who qualified for State individually. Cooper Raab who placed 1st at Regionals, Myles Nehring who placed 2nd, Praxton LaBonte who placed 3rd & Maizy Olson who also place 3rd. Good luck to all of you. Congratulations to Coach John Raab for being named Regional Coach of the Year. Also good luck to the team who will be going to State competition this weekend @ Kalamazoo, they will be leaving on Friday. The team is looking for donations if anyone would like to help with expenses.


CONGRATULATIONS To Marshall Corrigan, he is the Student of the Month at the Menominee County Boys & Girls Club.


VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL GAME Varsity only Thursday @ Rapid River, game starts @ 5:00, BD @ 3:30


WRESTLING TEAM STATE FINALS The wrestling team will be heading to Kalamazoo on Thursday for Team State Finals on Friday, They start @ 11:00AM Central Time. Good luck to all, they are also taking donations to help with expenses, if you can help please contact Coach John Raab or the office.


HYC There will be a HYC presentation at Carney-Nadeau school on Thursday. All 9th -12th grade will be going that are not in band, the bus will leave @ 8:40 and return @ 10:40.


JUNIORS Will be going to Bay's Gear UP on Friday, you will leave @ 8:20 and return @ 12:30


CULINARY CLASS Will be selling raffle tickets for two weeks. Tickets are $1 each, the prize will be cake, there are 5 different cakes. Buy a ticket or tickets for the cake you want. The cake will then be made fresh and given to the winner.
